Store Policies (sorry, we need a few rules)

Delivery Orders:
  • Deliveries of alcohol are limited to orders of at least $75.
  • We deliver within Baltimore City only.
  • We reserve the right to refuse deliveries outside of our delivery area.
  • If you're unsure if your address is within our delivery area, please call us at (410) 435-2700.
  • Deliveries are available Tues-Sat.
  • Delivery orders placed during the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday unless otherwise specified.
  • We reserve the right to temporarily suspend our delivery service.
  • All deliveries must be accepted by the person who placed the order.
  • We will ask for a valid driver's license.
  • Our driver will ask to see the credit card you used to purchase the order.
  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • MD sales tax is applied before we process your order for delivery.
  • All applicable discounts for case orders will be applied to the final total before an order is processed for delivery.

Pick-up Orders:

  • Orders are available for pickup Mon-Sat.
  • Orders placed on our website by 1:00 PM will be available for pickup within (3) hours.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be available for pickup the next business day.
  • MD sales tax is added when you pickup your order.
  • All applicable discounts for case orders will be applied to the final total when you pickup your order.

 

Credit Card Policy
Pickup Orders: When you place an order online, we ask for your credit card information so we can validate your information. The data you enter is checked for accuracy however we do not place a charge on your card. When you arrive to pickup your order, you may use the same credit card, an alternative credit card, cash or a personal check.

Delivery Orders: When you place an order online, we will use the credit card data you enter to debit your account. When your order arrives, you will receive a receipt for your purchase.

 

General Disclaimer

  • We make every effort to ensure all beverages available on our website are available for purchase, however during peak business periods some of our beverages may be temporarily unavailable. If an beverage is out of stock, we will notify you and suggest an alternative beverage. Of course, you're never under any obligation to accept the substitution.
  • Wine vintages are subject to change without notice due to the changes in our inventory.
  • We reserve the right to refuse pickup or delivery orders to anyone who abuses our service.
