Donation Requests

  • Here at Wells we recognize the importance of our community members along with the community organizations that take pride in making Baltimore great. Wells donates to organizations that focus on arts and culture to enhance the quality of life in our communities; to programs encouraging community development; and to organizations dedicated to health and wellness. 

  • Please understand that we have some guidelines for submitting requests and understand that we get close to a thousand of requests each year and give careful consideration to each one. We wish it were possible to honor all of them. Below are the guidelines for donation requests:

  • Please submit your type written request on the orgnaization or associaton letter head including the date, time and location of the event.

  • Submit requests at least 4 weeks prior to the event. 

  • A short description of the organizations mission and programs.

  • A short description of how the donation will be used (silent auction, live auction, raffle, door prize, etc).

  • The number of people anticipated to attend the event.

  • Name, phone number and address of the organizations contact person

  • If applicable, the sponsoring organizations 501 (c) (3) status. We will need a copy of your certification letter from the IRS for our records.

  • Preference will be given to requests submitted by our customers and to causes that support our local community.

  •  So that we may help as many people as we can, please limit your request to one per calendar year.
